From the moment you enter the door of this Luxury cottage on Lake of Bays with over 500' water frontage & 5 acres of privacy you begin to enjoy what many people dream about here in Muskoka. Every comfort has been taken care of with open concept living/dining/kitchen with all new appliances and entertaining equipment, gym, sunning deck with hot tub, landscaped firepit, & loads of area for children to run and have fun. Secluded in the trees the walkway to the dock is private with sunset exposure and the water is good for swimming with the depth approximately 5' at the end of the dock.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Enter this ranch bungalow through the roomy ceramic entrance which opens to a greatroom with vaulted ceilings, gas airtight on a reclaimed brick hearth and pine floors. Enjoy conversations with family in the dining area or lovely lemon kitchen with centre island, new appliances and fully equipped cabinetry. The dining area opens to a screened pine Muskoka Room or out the sliding doors to the spacious sunning deck with lawn furniture and Hot Tub. From there you can follow the path to the Dock to watch the sunsets or jump in the water for a cooling swim. There are 5 bedrooms including a lovely master with ensuite which has just been updated to include a steam/jacuzzi shower and all new fixtures. The main bathroom comes with Jacuzzi and the 3rd bathroom on the lower level is a 3 piece with shower. Enjoy the recreation room with pool table & pull-out couch or get fit in the new exercise room. This cottage even has a cute log bunkie for children to enjoy or sleep. Every detail has been looked after to make your stay fun and relaxing.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Gardens surround this lovely summer or winter get-a-way and the pathways lead to a super newly designed firepit area for your family to enjoy or follow the path to the dock to catch the sunsets or swim. The grounds are left natural so you feel like you are hidden in the woods but with all the luxuries you could want. Summer of 2007 will see the construction of a boathouse with sunning deck to add to the enjoyment of the shoreline. If you would like a beach to swim from just amble across the road to our additional southern exposure area.
