Prestigious Long Lake is one of the premier lakes of Wisconsin.3300 acres of clean lake water.99 miles shoreline. It is "The WALLEYE CAPITAL OF WISCONSIN". Your private dock with swimming raft island is the summer lake experience you deserve. Some of our rental quests spend hours each day on the front lake porch. At night it just doesn't get better than sitting around your private campfire pit telling stories,eating Smores or just quietly gazing at soooooo many stars in the awesome summer skies!!!


INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The cottage offers the comforts of home with a north woods atmosphere, the kitchen is fully furnished,there are two private bedrooms on the second floor, one double and one king size for beds,and a loft bedroom has a double, the downstairs sofa is also a bed.The bathroom has a tub and shower and double sinks. The home is decorated with a love for the woods and water, the front porch has half log siding and notty pine wood is used through out the cottage. We leave it very clean and the bed linens are furnished.


EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The cottage offers alot of outdoor space to enjoy, it has two private docks for your use along with plenty of yard room to sit and enjoy the water, or a campfire and the cottage itself. The walk to the lake is enjoyed by the surroundings of the gardens and the woods. The access road to the cabin offers a great bike or walking path for quite a distance along the lake. The front porch gives you the ability to enjoy the outdoors and the view while still in the comfort of being inside.There are steps to the cabin and to the lake.


ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Most of all we enjoy the lake and what it has to offer, not only for fishing and swimming but for the view and the journey of 19 miles to explore. The cottage is located on the narrows of Long Lake so the view to the otherside is very accessable. The eagles fly overhead and the loons are always very close to our piers along with the otters.The otherside of the lake is not developed. There are hiking trails very close and a golf course. Hayward is a great northwoods town to visit and the lumberjack campionships are held the last week of July and it has a casino.


RATE INFORMATION
The week of the 4th of July is $975. 1/2 rental is required to reserve your week. Balance is required 60 days before your movein date. We do also have a pontoon for rent at $300 per week. Deposit is also required.
