Luxurious Lorimer Retreat

Lorimer Lake is a pristine trout-fishing lake with very few cottages on it, only 15 minutes east of the town of Parry Sound. Our cottage retreat faces west by northwest giving us amazing sunset views. It is a secluded, fully equipped, lakefront family retreat on beautiful Lorimer Lake in Muskoka/Parry Sound.

The retreat is 1800 square feet on a 2 acre beautifully treed flat lot with 170’ of frontage. It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps ten people comfortably. It has two kitchens and living rooms, cathedral pine ceilings and a gorgeous deck and gardens overlooking the lake with marvellous sunset views. It has all the comforts of home, (washer-drier, dishwasher, microwave, satellite TV) and still is only 15 minutes from the Parry Sound shops, restaurants, movies and attractions. A perfect getaway for one or more families and only a two and a quarter hour drive from Toronto.

Beautiful, spacious, secluded cottage on two acres of pristine Lorimer Lake. It is ideal for two families wishing to share a cottage that has grass, sand and rock at the waterfront and has bedrooms in two separate wings and a wonderful patio to enjoy the sunsets. This cottage has all the comforts of home and is only a two and a quarter hour drive from Toronto. We have two docks, upper and lower decks, beautiful perennial gardens on a very flat, treed lot. The cottage is very spacious (1800 square feet) with pine cathedral ceilings. The cottage is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/ dryer, microwave, central vac and all bedding, dishes etc. We also provide a 14' Sylvan fishing boat with a 9.9 Honda motor, a canoe, pedal boat and life jackets. Nothing has been spared, just bring your food and enjoy.

High Season
July 1st - Labour Day and Xmas and NewYears - $3,000 per week

Low Season
$1,750 to $2,500 per week
or $300 to $400 per day

Priority given to two week rentals

A payment of 50% of the total rental fee is required upon booking. The remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to the start of the rental accompanied by a $500 security deposit cheque post-dated to the date that the rental begins. Interested families will be asked to provide references.
