SPECIAL FEATURES
This is a private 3 bedroom cottage on Lake Kagawong. It is fully equipped with all amenities including satellite TV, BBQ etc. The cottage is located next door to Viva Villa (vivavilla.ca) and you will have the use of all the facilities of Viva Villa - playground, bonfire, canoes, paddleboats etc) There is a gently sloped beach directly in front of the cottage.


INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The interior of the cottage is all pine. screened in porch. There is one queen sized bed in one room a double bed in another room and a set of bunk beds in the third bedroom.


EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The cottage is located about 60 feet from the shore of Lake Kagawong. Lake Kagawong is the second largest lake on Manitoulin being approximately 8 miles long by 5 miles wide. It is a quiet lake as even in mid-summer, you won't see many boats on the lake.


ACTIVITIES NEARBY
There are numerous things to do on Manitoulin Island such as nature walks, hiking trails, shopping in local craft stores, visiting Bridal Veil Falls (about 5 km away), going up the Cup and Saucer trail.

If you are planning to tour the Island, our location is ideal as it is situated almost in the middle of the Island so you can visit all parts of the Island without having to cover the same area to get there everyday. Of course there is great swimming and fishing on Lake Kagawong, a spring fed lake. Most people just end up relaxing in the slow pace of the Island.
