Updating Your Rental Information

You can update your cottage rental advertising at anytime, and clearly there are no additional fees for it. An accurate, up-to-date listing helps to set the expectations of your potential renters. It also helps you focus rental inquiries on those who will enjoy the rental and respect your wishes.

You will need your Login and Password. If you forgot what either is, simply contact us and we will be glad to assist you.

Updating Information

Now you are ready to update your properties. If you have more than one property all properties will appear as follows:

Select the View to see your rental listing

Modify

Select Modify to change your property. You will be able then to change all the information available in your listing. Pay special attention to categories, size, and pricing as various filters operate on these.

Updating Photographs

This one can be a bit tricky, but it is not as complex as it looks. Our web site will automatically scale the photos down to the desired size. Remember to upload all your photographs at once, not one at a time.

Upgrade

Select Upgrade to change your listing type. You can upgrade from Basic to Preferred and then Premium. The higher the listing, the more visitors you will get. Also there are different options associated with each listing type.

Extending your Listing

Expiration date shows how long your advertisement is valid, you can extend it here for another year.

Finally, you can set last minute availability. By setting this option you include your listing in the Last Minute Availability option. This is definitely worth your small effort, especially to fill in those blank weeks.
