Enjoy the privacy of our little paradise on crystal clear Lake Mindemoya. The cedar cottage is situated on 4 acres with 400 feet of waterfront in a very private setting. Mindemoya is a great swimming, boating and fishing lake. The town of Mindemoya, located 5km away has all the essential amenities including grocery store, LCBO, restaurant, bakery, gas station and hardware store.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

The cottage is 1000 square feet with three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, sun room and full bathroom. A partially covered deck runs the full length of the cottage with a southeastern exposure to the lake. The boathouse has a 500 square foot loft apartment with queen bed, pull-out couch, kitchen and bathroom. Both the loft and the cottage have wood stoves.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

A partially covered deck runs the full length of the cottage and of the boathouse loft with a southeastern exposure to the lake. The cottage is equipped with dock, raft and small boat launch. Public boat access to the lake is 1km away. Side lawn is great for games - soccer, horseshoes. Mindemoya is a great swimming, boating and fishing lake.
