Beautiful waterfront cottage in Pointe-Sapin

The cottage is located in a beautiful fishing village named Pointe-Sapin next to Kouchibouguac National Park on route 117. In New Brunswick we have two national parks, Fundy and Kouchibouguac. The local people are friendly and it's possible to arrange a fishing trip with local fishermen. There is a fish market in the nearby fishing processing plant a coop store for groceries, a credit union and one restaurant with homemade food. The cottage is walking distance from the beach where it's possible to have a good swim. Good for bicycling, snorkeling, walk on the beach, etc. Driving to the park is only 15 minutes where it's possible to have access to a large number of activities particularly for children. Pointe-Sapin is a village of approximately 100 families. The cottage has a direct view on Northumberland Strait and is located in the center of the village.

The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one smaller room with two bunk style beds. In the living room there is a cot bed which sleeps two. It's a modest cottage, clean and all equipped. The living room is adjacent to the kitchen in an open concept. The cottage was completely renovated in 2005.

The cottage has a deck directly facing the sea. There is an electric BBQ with a connection on the deck. Deck table and chairs.

Pointe-Sapin est un village entouré de belles plages sablonneuses et il est possible de faire des excursions de jours aux deux provinces voisines, soit à Charlottetown, Ile du Prince-Édouard (2 heures d'auto) et à Halifax, en Nouvelle-Écosse (3 heures d'auto).

Pour réserver, vous devez faire un dépôt de la moitié du montant de la location le jour de votre réservation et nous envoyer aussi un chèque post-daté au jour précédent votre arrivée au chalet pour les vacances. Le jour d'arrivée, l'heure d'entrée au chalet est midi tandis que l'heure du départ est 9h.
