INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

4 Season cottage with formal dinning room for 8, gourmet kitchen with dishwasher and island. Cozy family room has a fire place and grand leather furniture. Master bedroom has cherrywood furniture and queen size bed as well as a desk and walk in closet. Slider windows to back patio with southern exposure of the lake. Hot and cold water. 3 pc washroom with bath tub/shower. Laundry facilities in the basement.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Flagstone patio area with fire pit at the water's edge. Poured concrete and quarry stone in-ground pool (4' shallow and 8' deep end) Picnic table on upper patio by the cottage. patio furniture beside the pool. Open yard for badminton, volleyball etc. Private 16x16 floating dock on the water for boating and water sports. In the winter, great vacation spot for ice fishing, snowmobiling, skating, downhill skiing and cross country skiing.

The most popular Marina Restaurant is 5 min walking distance. 5 Great golf courses all within 2-20 minutes! The Boat launch, the Water sports shop and the water ski school are located beside the restaurant.
