Beautifully cozy cottage with Hardwood Floors, 5 Appliances, a Washer & Dryer, large screen TV, 4 Bedrooms plus loft, 3 baths, breathtaking views from the deck, the dock or the large picture windows with western exposure. Over 2,600 sq. ft. of comfort and luxury (main floor is 1600 sq. ft. and walkout lower level is 1000 sq.ft.). Cottage is on beautiful Canal Lake 10 minutes from Lake Simcoe, 25 Minutes from Orillia and is part of the Kawartha Lake System. This cottage has 75 Feet of sandy shoreline with shallow water located in a calm inlet off of the main channel. The warmer, shallow water makes it fantastic for families with small children. A water trampoline, a canoe and life jackets are also provided for your enjoyment.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Sandy Beach, Propane BBQ, Phone, Satellite TV, Sandbox, Swimming, Fishing, Firepit, Canoe, Patio Table and chairs. If your looking for a first class cottage, The Rockside Retreat is for you. Games Room with TV, Bar and kitchenette on the lower level walkout.

Fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, fridge, cooktop and oven. Washer/dryer, 2 Wood burning fireplaces, TV/DVD, CD player, radio Deck, dock - Excellent fishing just off the dock. Water Trampoline, Canoe and life jackets provided for your stay. Clean, drinkable well water. Blankets, pillows & linens supplied. Professional Cleaning.
Bedroom layout:
#1- Mater bedroom has a King size bed & ensuite
#2- The "kids room" had one set of bunk beds and there is additional room on the floor to inflate a queen size mattress.
#3- The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed
#4- The loft has a double bed. (note that the loft is accessed by climbing a ladder so it's not recommended for small children or elderly guests)
#5- The 5th bedroom is on the lower level and it has a queen size bed and an ensuite washroom.

In addition, the 2 sofas in the family room are pull outs (one is a single and the other a double).

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Fishing boat rental for as little as $60, Party boat tour of the lake & Kirkfield Lift Lock and in-cottage spa treatments also available. Just ask for details when you book.

RATE INFORMATION

Peak Season:
Weekly Rentals Only (Saturday to Saturday). June 26th to September 4th $2400/week.

Mid Season:
June and September $1500/week or $1100 for weekends

Off Season:
(Weekly or daily rental available) October to May $800/week or 2 nights for $600 plus $150 for each additional ($600 minimum). All taxes are included. Holiday Weekends have a premium.

Cleaning service is provided and required for all guests.
