A 1,200 sq.ft. two-storey cedar Chalet. Open concept living/dining room with Satellite TV, VCR/DVD. Free Wireless Internet. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full-size fridge, stove and microwave. Electric drip coffee maker, cooking utensils and dishes are provided. There is a 2-piece bathroom off the kitchen. Two air conditioned bedrooms EACH with a queen and a single bed. Three-piece bathroom with full size tub/shower. Living room has 2 double Futon sofas for use as additional beds. Large decks off all rooms. Rental unit includes fire pit, patio set and gas BBQ/grill. This house overlooks the lake and is available for long term winter rentals. Sleeps 8.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Situated 30 minutes north of Kingston, 15 minutes from Westport and 1.5 hours south of Ottawa on Powells Bay providing a spectacular view of the 2,046 acre Sand Lake on Rideau Waterway. Guests are encouraged to take advantage of our excellent fishing, small, safe sandy beach, boat rentals, playground, horseshoe pit, games room and free Wireless Internet. A ten minute boat ride takes you to either Jones Falls Locks or Davis Locks, both part of the Rideau Canal System. Golf courses are nearby. The Village of Elgin is 5 minutes drive. Gananoque and the Thousand Islands Boat Tours and Casino are a 20 minute drive. Smiths Falls is 1/2 hour drive. The picturesque Village of Westport is a 15 minute drive. There are many interesting villages nearby for those who like to explore the back country. The Cataraqui Trail also runs close by as well as Foley Mountain Conservation Area for walking, biking or nature enthusiasts.

RATE INFORMATION
From $1115.00 week July and August. From $900.00 week in off season months. Rates are based on two adults and dependent children under age 18. Additional people pay nominal guest fees.
