INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Our Sanibel Vacation Rental Units have been completely renovated within the past year including new kitchens, new bathrooms with wall mounted hair dryers, new carpeting, new furniture, and new tile throughout. Each unit is approximately 1200 sq. ft. and is equipped with four adult bicycles and helmets, beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Our Sanibel Island vacation rentals (3) are 1200 Sq. Ft. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condominiums, Sleeps 6. Screened lanai's overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico. Our Sanibel Island Florida vacation complex has 27 units in 5 buildings on 13 acres. Located on a quiet secluded dead-end street, next to a wildlife preserve. Two suites are beach front on the first floor with covered parking underneath. The third is beach front on the second floor. The tennis court is 100 feet from the unit with Shuffle Board Pads next to the tennis court.

RATE INFORMATION

Rates are from 1 to 6 guests per week $2300. / week Apr. 5, to Apr. 12, 08 $1120. / week Apr. 12, to Nov. 22, 08 $1755. / week Nov. 22, to Nov. 29, 08 $1120. / week Nov. 29, to Dec. 20, 08 $2370. / week Dec. 20, to Jan. 03, 09 $1755. / week Jan. 03, to Jan. 24, 09 $2380. / week Jan. 24, to Apr. 11, 09 $1365. / week Apr. 11, to Apr. 18, 09 $1120. / week Apr. 18, to Nov. 21, o9 Add 11% Florida State & Lee county tax to all rates SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY I have access to 10 other Sandpiper Beach units also. The above rates and Amenities refer to MY UNITS ONLY. Rates and Amenities for the other units are the responsibility of those owners and are not necessarily the same as what is in my three units. To view pictures of the other units go to my web page at www.sandpiperbeach.net RENTAL POLICIES Deposit- 25% with a minimum of USD $500.00 due with the return of contract. Final payment due 90 days before arrival. Cancellation- Full refund, less administration fee of USD $75.00, if cancellation is received in writing 90 days before arrival date. If cancellation is received less than 90 days before arrival, no refund will be issued unless we are able to rent the unit for your entire reserved time. Security Deposit- Two hundred dollars (USD $200) which is returned about four to six weeks after your departure or as soon as we receive the telephone bill. Long distance & toll charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
