SPECIAL FEATURES

This beautiful cottage is located at French Bay just {1 minute walk} to a private sandy beach. The SUNSET is spectacular. Located on a corner lot with lots of trees around for privacy and enjoying the firepit. The horseshoe pit is also available for challenging games. No parking on street in front of cottage permitted. Lots of parking in the private driveway.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Pine ceilings. Spacious full kitchen with all amenities included as well as cleaning supplies. 3 Bedrooms - 1 with bunk beds, 1 with double and 1 with double and bunk above. Livingroom and kitchen are nicely laid out with new couch, new rocking recliner to relax, or watch movies on the TV. A large sitting room has a shower and futon bed. A screened-in-porch with bar fridge, rocker, patio set, lets you relax in the summer evening and watch the fabulous colours of the sunset in the West. Installed a new 32" Flat screen TV with Cable. Bathroom separate from the shower room (piece of mind) Installed a large brand new shower.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Private modern cottage (1000 sq ft)with large patio white cedar deck. On deck is Patio set with 2 lounge chairs and large barbecue. Deck serves BOTH shade and sunshine for those who are sun-worshippers and those who love the cool shade with trees. Easy access in and out of the cottage. Large shed which can be locked for your storage use. Beautiful rose garden out front. One minute walk to the private white sandy beach for tranquility!

ACTIVITIES NEARBY

Nature trails towards Sauble Beach, biking, rollerblading, walking, swimming, lounging in the sun, horseshoes. Wild life such as raccoons wander near the cottage looking for food. Activities are offered in Sauble Beach such as mini-golf, jetsking, car racing, water slides, etc. or drive into Southampton for fresh bakery goodies or see a variety of shops and a large Southampton market. RATE INFORMATION

Summer Rates: July & August CDN $1200/week + Security fee $200 (refundable if cleaned & no damages). Fall Rates: September CDN $1000/week + Security fee $200 CHECK-IN Friday (6:00pm to 7:00pm), CHECK-OUT Friday (3:30pm) If you have to check in sooner, notify us in advance.
