SPECIAL FEATURES

All the comfort and convenience of home! This is fully equipped cottage with 4 bedrooms an 1.5 baths. Construction was completed in the Spring of 2007 and it is a spacious and comfortable 'home away from home'. We are located within 750 metres of beautiful Lakeside Beach and within 1 km of world famous The Links at Crowbush Cove Golf Course. There is horseback riding and many other excellent golf courses close by. We have 2 TVs, with a DVD player and both have satellite TV service. We also have (dial up) Internet service.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Our cottage is fully furnished and very well equipped. We have a large screen porched for outdoor relaxing, dining and entertaining. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, the two other bedrooms have 2 twins in each. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a large breakfast bar and lots of cupboard & food preparation space. The well appointed living/dining room is 'open plan', including plenty of seating around the dining room table. We have a microwave, fridge & stove, Washer/Dryer, dishwasher and a large 4 burner propane BBQ - all of which were new for 2007. The BBQ has a side burner for cooking lobster and mussels.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

We have plenty of outdoor amenity space - our 10'x21' screen porch is a great feature - but we also have a 6'x24' covered porch facing the back yard and a small sun porch off the front entrance. We have lots of outdoor furniture including portable hammock chairs for trips to the beach. We are very close to the beach and have a large, quiet and well treed lot.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY

Very close to world class golf at Crowbush Cove - within 35 minutes drive of several other famous courses, including Brudenelle and Dundarave. Horseback riding is 2 kms away. The Confederation Trail is in Morel, a 5 minute drive away. Charlottetown is 30 minutes away - with shopping and dining, with lots of activities and excursions to chose from. We have kept our 2007 weekly rates in place for this year (CDN$1400) in July and August and minimum 3 day rates in June and September - Take advantage of shoulder season rates in June and September - Please contact us for further details.
