SPECIAL FEATURES

Available all year this l600 sq. ft., above-ground, furnished suite, on the lower level of a large country home has a walk-out to a private patio, with a view of the 2 acre front lawn sloping down to the lake. Access to the lake is directly across the road to the owner's private lot and docking facilities. Public boat launch is just down the road. Views of the above are also through the large windows of the master bedroom, livingroon and kitchen. Free docking until Oct. l5th, however, access to the lake is all year. Excellent ice fishing in the winter. Outside furniture includes table & chairs, BBQ and lawn chairs. This is a very child friendly home, with 3 1/2 acres to explore, swings, soccer balls, basketball, baseball equipment, frisbees and a firepit for marshmellow roasts. Adults must accompany smaller children to the waterfront across the road. The lake has a sandy bottom and drops off gradually for safe swimming.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Tastefully decorated with pine cupboards, furniture and beams in the livingroom, this suite has a warm cottage atmosphere with lots of extras for your convenience. Quilts, linens and towels are provided. Large Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and lots of closet and dresser space. Second bedroom has bunk beds. Livingroom has a queen size sofa bed, T.V., D.V.D. and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with just about everything you might need, including dishwasher, microwave, full stove, and refrigerator. Washer & dryer are located just off the kitchen. Appliances are new. A large 5 piece bathroom has double sinks, jacuzzi tub and shower, and the commode is in a separate stall.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Lots of lawn, lots of trees, lots of area to play.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY

Casino Rama is located on the other side of the lake and has world class entertainment all year. Nine golf courses are located within a 20 minute drive. There is loads of shopping in nearby Orillia which has quaint shops, an art gallery, library, opera house (with live productions) and lots of fine dining. Yes there are the usually favorite family restaurants as well. Take a spin around the lake on the Island Princess which runs in the summer. Swim, sunbathe, fish, bring your boat or skidoo and/or rent one nearby. In the fall tour the area and enjoy the beautiful Fall colours. In winter ski at nearby Horseshoe Valley or Moonstone ski resorts. Snowmobile or ice fish on the lake. Every season has it's specialties. The Martyr's Shrine, Fort Ste. Marie among the Hurons and an Indian Village are located in nearby Midland and Santa's Village in nearby Gravenhurst. These are open in the warm weather month's.

RATE INFORMATION

High Season - May l5th - Oct. l5th $900/week CDN Low Season - Oct. l6th - May l4th $700/week CDN Any 2 nights $300/CDN. Available in Low Season only To confirm your space a $200.00 booking/damage deposit is required at least two weeks in advance. Full payment due upon arrival. The deposit is returned at the end of your stay. No additional guests may arrive without prior approval (except for infant children) and/or payment of $l50.00 per person will apply.
