EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
We are located on a secluded 80 acre lake, which is surrounded by crown land. The lake is spring fed and
very refreshing on a hot day. Fishing is great, even off the end of our docks. We have 2 canoes, 2 kayaks
and a paddle-boat. There are trails to explore on adjoining crown land. We have 2 docks and a floating
dock in the middle of the bay. Winter fun includes snow shoeing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing and
ice-skating.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Our site has plenty of things to do for kids and adults. The town of Parry Sound is just minutes away for
all
those civilized activities like shopping, cultural events and even the Bobby Orr Centre for kids and big kids
alike. There are golf courses nearby and even a wild life sanctuary that has a wide variety of northern
locals residing. But we also have in our lake beaver, otter and loons, not to mention many species of birds
ranging from hawks to owls right down to humming birds. We even have some cute little nocturnal flying
squirrels that feed at our bird feeders at night in Winter.
