Just 40 miles NW of Gainesville, Florida, on the banks of the historic SUWANNEE RIVER you will find the Cottages of Suwannee Preserve. This is where family, friends and fun come together. Great for small groups, up to 35 people. Cottage can be rented as one, two or three bedroom unit. Fully furnished, as true " turn key" stay. Just bring food for the hungry, charcoal for the grill nad a change of clothes.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Delux interior furnishing. Kings , queen and double beds. All linen, two tv's, and DVD's. Kitchen is fully furnished including a complete laundry. Enjoy the charm of the outdoors and the comfort of the upscale air condition living accomidations.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Cottage is raised on piling for parking of cars and boats under it. Each cottage has its own 4 person customed golf card for riding around the 17 plus acres. Aluminun floating docks allow for fishing, tie of of boats or enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. Concrete boat ramp allows for easy access in and out of the river.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY

Visit one of the many fresh water springs with in a few miles north or south of the cottages. Swimming, diving and fishing are at your front door. Start your day with a workout on the fitness trail, trip to Cedar Key for lunch, clay shooting or horse back riding at the Waccasassa Plantation.

3 bed/3 bath: $225 to $250. nightly, $950-$1050 weekly 2 bed/2 bath: $195 to $225. nightly, $850-$ 950 weekly 1 bed/1 bath: $150 to $175. nightly, $700-$ 800 weekly
