SPECIAL FEATURES
A creek borders one side of the property which makes for a wonderful natural harbour to dock the boats. There are complimentary rowboats, paddle boats, canoes and life jackets, as well as a variety of bikes in all sizes.Motorboats and kayaks are available on a rental basis by the day or week. Our tuck shop is actually a lending library with books and VCR tapes ( no adult rated), beach toys and board games. Our frontage features sandy beaches and a gently sloping lake bed. The lake is spring fed and very clean. Smallmouth bass and perch are the main game fish. We have never had black flies due to a lovely constant breeze. we feature a childrens playground, miniput,horseshoes, volleyball or badminton court, picnic tables, lounge chairs and a bonfire pit. All fire wood is supplied.


INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The Beaver is tonge and groove pine throughout for that warm cottage feeling. he living room-kitchen is open concept with ceramic tile floor. The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, toster and coffee maker while the living area is furnished with custom made pine furniture, satelite TV, VCR and airtight wood stove. A queen size made occupies the first bedroom and a modular bunk( double on the bottom and single on top) in the 2nd berroom. The 3 piece bathroom has a tile floor.


EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
There is a large privacy deck on the front of the cottage overlooking the lake. Great for sunsets. It is also equiped with patio furniture and a propane barbecue. The beaver is actually quite private and sits about 80 feet back from the lake.

RATE INFORMATION
Before June 21, 2008 and after Aug 30, 2008 --- $600 per week. From June 21 ,2008 until Aug 30, 2008 -$850 prer week except for July 12,2008 to Aug 16, 2008 when the rate is $1050 per week. $300 deposit required.
