INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Large and Open is the best way to describe this perfect vacation lakefront chalet. On the upper level there is the open concept: kitchen, dinning and living room with a wood stove and a pull out couch, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds in each) and a full bathroom. On the lower level there is a large size games room with a pool/ping pong table, a pull out couch, 2 bedrooms (queen and a double), 3 piece bathroom with a shower stall and a beer fridge to keep those beverages chilled while your playing pool or volleyball on the lakefront sandy volleyball court.


EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
This Chalet is located right on the lakefront. The lot size is 185' x 120'. The chalet has a beautiful architectured red roof and the upper level deck and lower level patio face the lake. The property features private dock and boat launch.


ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Being that we're right in the middle of Sudbury and North Bay, just 60 minutes from either, you'll find endless city life activities to do. Just 20 minutes from Sturgeon Falls too! Golf courses minutes away, ATV, hiking, mountain biking and canoe trails are all close. Fishing on Lake Nipissing is simply great. Drop a line off the dock or rent a boat from us. Star gazing is a great past time. Take a French River Cruise for a day. Visit the Nickel Mines or Science North in Sudbury. Lets just say if you want to do more than relax here, we can keep you busy.
