You can drive right to the cottage which is situated on a sandy beach. It has a drilled well.


INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
It is a 2-storey cottage with a fully-equipped kitchen and living area with fireplace. It has a main floor bedroom and a 3-piece bathroom. The upstairs is a loft style with 2 large bedrooms containing 5 beds. The whole main floor has been recently renovated and the cottage has electic heat and all new windows and doors. There is an attached shed that contains wood for fireplace and many beach toys.


EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
It has a full deck and is right on the beach for easy water access. The water is great to swim in although it is rocky.


ACTIVITIES NEARBY
Bayfield is minutes away and has many unique shops and restaurants. There is a golf course 5 km. from the cottage and 2 more 9-15 km. away. There are marinas in Bayfield and Goderich 7 and 9 km away. Local live theatre is nearby in Blyth(20 km) and Grand Bend(24km)and Goderich (12 km). Goderich has a museum and many activities in the summer months. e.g. The Celtic Festival in August and The Arts and Craft Fair in July. There is also a Blues Festival each year.


RATE INFORMATION
Cdn. $1600-$1800 per week in season late June, July August and early Sept.) and $800 to $1000 in off season (April, May, early June, late Sept., October); deposit required plus a refundable damage deposit; discounts in off season which is in the spring up to June 15th and in the fall after September 15th. Weekends are considered and are $1000/weekend in season and $600 to $800 off season; deposit required also
